Rows of 40-foot-long shipping containers are being installed as barricades at major intersections around government buildings, the U.S. embassy and the presidential office, the Blue House, to guard against the encroachment of demonstrators, projected at about 1 million nationwide on Tuesday evening, one-third of which will be amassing in Seoul.
